Future Tenants
Important Information
- All tenants over the age of 18 must complete an application.
- You'll need first and last month's rent when you sign your lease.
- We may require a $500 deposit to hold and apartment, which will become your security deposit upon move in.
- We require proof of Renter's Insurance at lease signing.
- We verify income, credit, criminal and eviction records.
- Applicants need proof of employment/income (paystubs, benefits letter, bank letter, etc.)
- Credit verification is $30 (non-refundable) per application. The fee also covers eviction & criminal record verification. The fee is only to cover the cost of these verifications.
- At this time we are unable to accept third party reports, we must perform our own.
- Please allow a minimum of 72 hours for applications to be reviewed.
